Lilian Holt

Lilian Holt was an influential and founding member of the Borough Group, a collective of painters that included Walter Sickert, Jacob Epstein, Jacob Kramer, and David Bomberg.

Much of Holt's life was dedicated to her marriage with Bomberg, and while her career was often overshadowed by Holt's husband, the artist's striking landscapes stand alone in their own right.
