Contemporary Istanbul 2025: Istanbul, Turkey

We’re delighted to announce that GJG will be exhibiting at the 18th edition of Contemporary Istanbul, taking place from 25 to 29 September 2025 at the Tersane Istanbul. As Turkey’s leading contemporary art fair, Contemporary Istanbul brings together an international roster of galleries and artists in one of the region’s most dynamic cultural hubs.

For this edition, we are proud to present a curated selection of works by  Isabella Amram, Megan Baker, Louise Bourgeois, Tracey Emin and Colette Lavette. Spanning generations and diverse approaches to material and form, these artists share a deep, intuitive engagement with the body, memory and emotional intensity. Together, their work forms a compelling dialogue on femininity, strength and vulnerability across time. This presentation reflects GJG’s continued commitment to championing impactful female perspectives in contemporary art.
